Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Marrakech Keys is a static publication. We keep the data story as simple as the technology: this site has no user accounts, no newsletter database, and sets no tracking cookies of its own.
Information we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send, and we use them solely to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your details with anyone.
Third-party services
- Hosting. The site is served by a static hosting provider (such as Netlify or Vercel), which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
- Fonts and images. Typefaces load from Google Fonts and photography from Unsplash's image CDN. Your browser requests these files directly, which shares your IP address with those services, subject to their own privacy policies.
- Booking.com. When you click a link to Booking.com, you leave this site. Booking.com sets its own cookies and applies its own privacy policy; the affiliate reference in the link tells Booking.com the visit came from us, but sends us nothing about you personally. We never see your name, dates, payment details or booking.
Analytics
If we adopt analytics, we will favor a cookieless, privacy-respecting service and update this page before enabling it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Since the only personal data we hold is correspondence you've sent us, a simple email to the address on our contact page is enough to exercise any of these rights.
Changes
Any material change to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
