We work to keep guides current (each shows its "last updated" date) but make no warranty that all information is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it. Businesses close, change hands and change character; your experience of a recommended place may differ from ours.

3. Bookings and third parties

The Site does not sell travel services. Links to Booking.com and other third parties lead to independent websites with their own terms; any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider (and the property), not with us. Text on the Site is © Marrakech Keys. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; wholesale reproduction requires permission. Photography is sourced from Unsplash under the Unsplash License and remains the property of the respective photographers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marrakech Keys is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content, including experiences with third-party providers linked from the Site.
